SOLE USE OF SITE is charged at £2.20 per head, per night based on 200 people (i.e £400 per night) plus £44 per night for the lair
From May to September priority bookings will be given to Groups booking 2 nights or more.
Lair charges include use of electricity for cooking and lighting but NOT heating.
Deposits – A non-refundable deposit will be requested at the time of booking. For bookings requiring the use of the Lair, the deposit will normally be 50% of the total Lair fee.
